I can cater for special dietary requirements such as Vegan, Dairy Free or egg free.
Please note cakes are made in premises that also handle nuts, Peanuts and sesame.
Regular cakes will contain eggs, Milk and wheat.
Traditional Fruit and Ginger spiced cakes will contain Sulphur Dioxide - a preservative found in treacle and some dried fruits, if you have an allergy with this preservative please let me know before ordering as I can adapt recipes to omit ingredients that contain this.
Vegan cakes will have Soya milk in the recipe but this can be swapped for almond milk or coconut milk if you are allergic to Soya, Please discuss any special dietary requirements you may have before ordering your cake.
I offer reduced gluten cakes as well- these are made with gluten free flour and baked in a separate oven using separate tins with separate utensils, as they have not been laboratory tested they wouldn't be suitable for Coeliac sufferers in case the trace amount of gluten goes over the 20 parts per million threshold.
